Little White Rabbit
by Kevin Henkes
Illustrated by Kevin Henkes
One bright spring day a little white rabbit hops out on an adventure, where all things are new and anything is possible. When rabbit hops through the tall grass, he wonders what it would be like to be green. We turn the page, and the rabbit and all things around him are green. When rabbit hops by a tall fir tree, he wonders what it would be like to be very tall. On the next page, the rabbit towers over the trees. And so on.
This is a lovely story about imagination and wonder, and it ends with the comfort, security, and love of the little white rabbit's family. With soft pastel illustrations that are full of movement and life, this is a perfect way to celebrate springtime or Easter with children!
