Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused condition within 4 months of the date of purchase for a full refund of the item price or an exchange for another item. For items returned after 4 months, we’ll give you store credit for the purchase price. Please include the invoice from your original shipment, with return information completed on the back.

If an item is defective or your order was filled incorrectly, please write to us at service@jakeandella.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
